EAST VALLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL: 23
We were missing some players today due to illness, but still managed to pull of the victory. We did a lot better at boxing out and moved the ball around quite well. I am pleased with our overall play, but we still have room for growth. I was feeling pretty good when we were up 24-16, but then they hit a 3 and a couple quick baskets and next thing I knew the score was 25-24 with us only up by 1. We rallied together and held on though! 4-0 is a great start to the season. Let's keep it going as we head to the Caves of Kuna next week!
