2017 Season Welcome!

Welcome all runners! First of all thanks to all the parents for bringing kids for our first week of practice. We had a great, but challenging first week. We pushed the runners, learned about form and also had some fun. Our practice schedule will be 3pm to 4pm every day except race days. And speaking of that we have our first meet coming up on Thursday the 31st here at Lone Star. Every race is 3 kilometers (1.86 miles) this year regardless if your student is on varsity or junior varsity. We will have a parent meeting very soon, look for an announcement here and in your email, and again thanks for letting us coach your kid!
